The Hairstylist will provide professional hair services to guests, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Daily responsibilities include consulting with guests to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and products, and ensuring a welcoming, relaxing salon environment. The Hairstylist will work closely with the spa and wellness team to support an integrated luxury guest experience, manage appointments, and maintain tools, products, and workspaces. The role also involves staying current with trends, techniques, and brand standards to consistently deliver exceptional service.Qualifications Ability to perform a range of Hair Styling services, including cutting, coloring, and finishing techniques.Knowledge of Cosmetology practices and standards, with understanding of salon hygiene and safety protocols.Strong Hair Care expertise, including treatment recommendations and product knowledge for different hair types.Excellent Customer Service skills, with a guest-focused approach and attention to comfort and satisfaction.Clear and professional Communication skills to conduct consultations, explain services, and manage guest expectations.Relevant cosmetology or hairdressing certification from an accredited institution.Previous experience in a salon or hotel spa environment, ideally in luxury or high-end hospitality.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.Professional grooming and adherence to brand appearance standards.Basic proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.
