Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Handover Coordinator to manage the full property/project handover lifecycle from pre-handover preparation through to final sign-off and post-handover follow-up. You will act as the central point of contact between developers, owners, tenants, maintenance teams, and internal departments, ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely handovers in line with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and coordinate all handover activities for residential and commercial properties/assetsPrepare and verify handover checklists, inspection reports, snagging lists, and DLD/RERA-compliant documentationConduct pre-handover inspections; coordinate with technical/maintenance teams to resolve defects and outstanding itemsCommunicate clearly with all stakeholders — owners, tenants, developers, sales, and asset management — to share timelines, status updates, and action itemsArrange and attend formal handover meetings; obtain sign-offs and maintain complete, accurate recordsManage handover files digitally; update Excel trackers and internal systems to monitor progress, pending items, and completion ratesFollow up on post-handover rectifications and close out issues within agreed timelinesEnsure full compliance with company policies, Kaizen efficiency standards, and UAE real estate regulationsSupport Emiratization goals by collaborating with local teams and government authorities as requiredRequirementsHigh school diploma / Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 2 years experience in property handover, real estate administration, project coordination, or client relations in DubaiStrong knowledge of DLD/RERA handover processes and documentationProficient in MS Office: Excel tracking, Word reports, PowerPoint summaries, Slack/Teams communicationExcellent organizational skills — ability to manage multiple concurrent handovers with tight deadlinesClear professional communication in English; Arabic/Tagalog is a strong advantageDetail-oriented, solution-focused, and able to work independently as well as cross-functionallyValid UAE residency and driving license preferred
