Handover Specialist

Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Site Handover Specialist to join our project delivery team. In this entry-level role, you will assist in bridging the gap between site completion and final customer delivery. You will work closely with contractors, quality control teams, and customer service to inspect units, track defect rectifications, log operational data in SAP, and support smooth, high-quality handovers to property buyers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist senior specialists in conducting pre-handover unit inspections, identifying snags, and recording defects in architectural finishings, fit-outs, and basic site amenities using digital snagging applications.Work with site contractors, quality control (QC) teams, and service providers to log defect lists and conduct regular site follow-ups to monitor the progress and quality of snag rectifications.Verify basic site completion and ensure units are clean, safe, and ready for customer walkthroughs.Support the Site Task Force team during official customer handover appointments, helping guide buyers through unit orientations, facility features, and community guidelines.Note customer inquiries and minor on-site concerns during walkthroughs, escalating complex or non-standard issues to the Handover Lead.Handle key handovers, facilitate document signing, and ensure unit acceptance forms, warranty certificates, user manuals, and utility connection forms are organized and completed accurately.Enforce adherence to company handover Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during all site visits, providing entry-level data support for project close-out reports.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline (Graduates of 2024–2026 welcome).Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience or internship exposure in project coordination, facility operations, customer delivery, or real estate project support.Skills: Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams without needing a formal engineering background.
