Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems using .NET technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.Actively write production-level code while leading the development teamCollaborate with product owners to break down product features into technical tasks and estimates Work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goalsDefine and own the technical roadmap, sprint milestones, and delivery timelinesEnsure accountability for project milestones and deliveryEstablish and enforce Git branching strategies (GitFlow / trunk-based), PR review processes, and Coding standardsIdentify technical debt, prioritize refactoring, and maintain high code quality standards Lead a small, agile development team including ownership of hiring, onboarding, and mentoring Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Oversee code quality standards and practices, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in technology and processesEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the efficient development and deployment of software solutions.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the company's technology strategy.Key Skills Required:6 – 10 years of overall .NET development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical lead or architecture role. Hands-on coding experience must be current, not historical.Strong Git management including branching strategies, merging conflict resolution, and release tagging.Experience leading and delivering in small teams (3–10 developers)Proven experience with backend API development in asp.net core with database (Postgres/SQL server / my SQL)Hands-on coding capability is mandatory, as this is not a review-only role.Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications.Deep understanding of software design patterns, architectural styles, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
