Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes, workflows, and systems within the securities domain. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams. 2. Solution Design & Documentation: - Work with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and optimize securities-related processes. - Create and maintain business process models, use cases, user stories, and data flow diagrams. - Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, including functional specifications, user stories, and technical diagrams, for development and QA teams. - Conduct gap analysis to assess the effectiveness of existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement or new system development. 3. Stakeholder Management & Communication: - Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly communicated and understood. - Manage stakeholder expectations, prioritize requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and potential impacts. - Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions. 4.
