🚀 [HANOI] SENIOR / PRINCIPAL BACKEND ENGINEER – GOLANG | DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMSWe are looking for a senior-level Backend Engineer to work on large-scale distributed systems, high-performance backend services and distributed databases.🔎 KEY REQUIREMENT:7+ years of relevant engineering experience OR PhD in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields.This role is particularly relevant if you have strong experience with Golang + Distributed Systems + Large-Scale Database and have worked on systems requiring high throughput, low latency and high availability.What you will work on

• Design and develop critical backend services using Golang
• Build high-performance RESTful / HTTP/2 / gRPC APIs
• Design and optimize large-scale databases: Redis, Aerospike, ScyllaDB, Cassandra, MongoDB, TiDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL...
• Work on Sharding / Partitioning / Multi-tier Caching for large-scale data
• Design High Availability & Geo-Redundancy architectures across multiple data centers / regions
• Work with cross-DC replication, data consistency, conflict resolution, failover & disaster recovery
• Benchmark and profile systems to optimize CPU, memory, I/O, network and Goroutine performance
• Deploy and optimize services on Docker / Kubernetes / Cloud-Native infrastructureWhat we're looking for
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience OR PhD
• Strong proficiency in Golang, including concurrency, Goroutine, Channel, memory allocation, GC and profiling/pprof
• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems
• Practical experience with large-scale databases and/or distributed databases
• Understanding of CAP/PACELC, Raft/Paxos, replication and data consistency
• Experience with Multi-DC / Multi-Region / HA systems is highly relevant
