Apply & track with Apply Edge🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & Planning: Formulate, consolidate, and monitor annual and periodic OPEX/CAPEX budgets for the WinMart supermarket network.Financial & Business Analysis: Analyze store-level P&L, revenue streams, labor costs, shrinkage, and operating margins to identify cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies.Performance Tracking: Build and maintain operational financial dashboards; benchmark key performance metrics (Same-Store Sales Growth, Margin, Store EBITDA) against financial targets.Commercial Feasibility Support: Evaluate investment efficiency and payback periods for new store openings, format upgrades, and equipment capital expenditures.Cross-functional Partnership: Act as a strategic finance partner to Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising leaders to implement action plans and enforce internal cost controls.💎 RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Economics, or related fields. Professional certifications (ACCA, CMA, CFA) are an advantage.Experience:2 – 4 years of solid experience in Corporate Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Management Accounting.Prior experience in FMCG, Retail chains, F&B chains, or Big 4 Audit is preferred.Skillsets:Advanced financial modeling acumen with expert proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Power BI, SAP, or SQL is a strong plus.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and high attention to detail.Good professional English communication (written and spoken) for reporting and executive presentations.🎁 Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Package: Attractive salary commensurate with capacity and market benchmark.Bonuses: 13th-month salary plus performance bonuses (Total earnings up to 14 – 16 months of salary/year).Comprehensive Care: Statutory insurances (SHUI) plus premium private healthcare package (Techcom Care).Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Standard business hours); Saturday & Sunday off.
