In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing high-performance compressor systems to meet rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses practical mechanical expertise to drive efficient manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test compressor systems according to strict engineering standards and technical specifications.Maintain manufacturing tools, fixtures, and jigs to ensure smooth production workflow.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve assembly bottlenecks and support continuous process improvements.Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, quality guidelines, and standard operating procedures.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma, vocational training, or associate degree in a mechanical or related field.Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or assembly operations.Proven ability to read, interpret, and work from mechanical blueprints and engineering drawings.Strong functional understanding of mechanical machinery.Preferred QualificationsOver 5 years of relevant experience within similar industrial equipment manufacturing sectors.Technical certifications or licenses in mechanical or electrical fields.Proactive problem-solving skills with high attention to quality control and workplace safety.Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)Hanwha Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
