Hard services lead

Qualifications* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.* Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or maintenance.* Strong mechanical background with comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems.* Experience in managing Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems and associated subcontractors.* Good knowledge of health, safety, and statutory compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities* Lead and manage all hard services operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of MEP and FLS systems.* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations.* Plan, monitor, and verify preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities.* Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.* Coordinate shutdowns, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities with stakeholders.* Review maintenance reports, technical documentation, and contractor performance.* Support asset reliability initiatives and continuous improvement programs.* Ensure all works are performed in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer recommendations, and client requirements.* Manage resource allocation, work planning, and performance of the hard services team.* Provide technical guidance and support during emergencies and critical system failures.Required Skills* Strong leadership and team management skills.* Excellent knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire & Life Safety systems.* Proven experience in subcontractor management.* Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.* Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
