The company offers a comprehensive range of property consultancy services aligned with RICS, CIOB, and International Valuation Standards, serving clients across multiple industries.About the jobWe are looking for an experienced Hard Services Lead to oversee technical facilities management activities, ensure MEP systems operate efficiently, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsJOB LOCATION: RIYADH, KSAKey Responsibilities Oversee maintenance activities and technical readiness of facilities.Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS systems.Review preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.Identify technical issues, assess risks, and follow up on corrective actions.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.Review permits to work, risk assessments, and method statements.Monitor equipment performance, maintenance backlogs, and recurring faults.Prepare technical reports and performance updates.Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and client representatives.Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, MEP, or maintenance.Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.Experience in preventive maintenance and contractor management.Knowledge of health and safety requirements and maintenance procedures.Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage.NEBOSH, IOSH, or relevant technical certifications are preferred.
