Hardware Electrical Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION Company: HIPTECH Role: Hardware Electrical Engineer Quantity: 02 Type of Employment: Full-time (8:30 - 17:30; Monday - Friday) Location: 58 Street No.1, Thu Duc Ward, HCM CityCUSTOMER & PROJECT Our customer is a global manufacturer of premium gaming and racing simulation hardware. The project focuses on the development of racing wheel base systems, including motor drive, sensors, power electronics, control electronics, and related hardware. As a Hardware Electrical Engineer, you will work with international engineering teams to design, test, and optimize electronic systems for racing simulation hardware. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Design and develop electronic circuits and hardware systems for racing simulation devices. ● Develop and review schematics and PCB designs. ● Work with motors, sensors, power systems, and control electronics. ● Test, debug, and troubleshoot hardware issues. ● Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and QA teams for system integration. ● Support hardware validation, optimization, and product development activities. ● For Senior Level: Take ownership of assigned hardware modules and provide technical guidance to Junior Engineers.JOB QUALIFICATIONS ● Junior: Minimum 1 year of experience in Hardware/Electronics Engineering. ● Middle: Minimum 3 years of experience in Hardware/Electronics Engineering. ● Senior: Minimum 5 years of experience in Hardware/Electronics Engineering. ● Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics. ● Experience with schematic and PCB design. ● Experience with motors, sensors, power electronics, or control systems is a strong plus. ● Knowledge of communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, or CAN. ● Experience with embedded systems, motor control, automotive electronics, or gaming peripherals is a strong plus. ● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with international engineering teams. ● Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).BENEFITS● Competitive salary package based on your competence plus Annual Bonus and Project Performance Bonus. ● Comprehensive benefits package including social insurance, annual health check-ups, and PVI health insurance. ● 13th-month Salary & Annual leave in accordance with labor regulations. ● Training and certification support, along with access to professional coaching programs, buddy system, and technical sharing sessions. ● Team building activities, annual company trips, monthly internal events, and celebrations for special occasions.
