Job Title: Hardware Engineer — 1 PositionAbout the JobWe are seeking a skilled and hands-on Hardware Engineer to join our technology team and contribute to the design, development, integration, testing, and support of hardware solutions across networking, computing, data centre, security, and enterprise technology environments. The successful candidate will work closely with vendors, system integrators, technical teams, and customers to evaluate hardware requirements, develop technical solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure reliable implementation of enterprise hardware infrastructure. This is a practical engineering role combining technical analysis, hardware integration, testing, documentation, and field-level problem solving.ResponsibilitiesDesign, evaluate, integrate, and support hardware solutions for enterprise technology environments.Analyze hardware requirements and translate customer and project needs into appropriate technical specifications.Evaluate servers, storage systems, networking equipment, power infrastructure, security hardware, and related components.Perform hardware installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Diagnose hardware failures and technical issues and coordinate corrective actions with vendors and technical teams.Work closely with system integrators, resellers, vendors, and customers during solution design and implementation.Review technical specifications, datasheets, architecture diagrams, BOMs, and hardware compatibility requirements.Support pre-sales activities by providing technical recommendations, solution sizing, product comparisons, and feasibility assessments.Conduct hardware testing and validation to ensure performance, compatibility, reliability, and compliance with project requirements.Assist with proof-of-concept (PoC), pilot, deployment, and integration projects.Prepare technical documentation, installation guides, test reports, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures.Coordinate with manufacturers and vendor technical support teams for escalations, RMAs, firmware updates, and advanced troubleshooting.Stay informed about emerging hardware technologies, enterprise infrastructure trends, and new vendor solutions.Support technical demonstrations, partner enablement sessions, and customer presentations when required.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.At least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering, IT infrastructure, systems integration, or a related technical role.Strong understanding of computer hardware, servers, storage, networking equipment, and enterprise infrastructure.Practical knowledge of CPUs, memory, motherboards, storage technologies, RAID, power supplies, interfaces, and hardware components.Familiarity with networking technologies, including Ethernet, switching, routing, PoE, and network infrastructure.Experience with hardware installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance.Understanding of data centre infrastructure, UPS, cooling, racks, power distribution, or physical infrastructure is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, datasheets, architecture diagrams, and hardware documentation.Experience working with hardware vendors and technical support teams is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.Willingness to travel for customer sites, installations, testing, training, and technical events when required.What We OfferThe opportunity to work on diverse enterprise technology and infrastructure projects.A collaborative environment working with technology vendors, system integrators, resellers, and enterprise customers.Exposure to modern hardware, networking, data centre, security, and infrastructure technologies.Opportunities to work with leading international technology brands and their technical teams.Professional development and opportunities to expand technical certifications and industry knowledge.Hands-on experience across the full hardware solution lifecycle, from evaluation and design to deployment and support.Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.
