Senior Hardware Design Engineer (Onsite. NASHUA NH)Immediate opening for a seasoned Hardware Engineer with solid board and systems design skills. Person will be building out high speed networking products to meet the growing needs of AI clusters and the very large data centers being built in the US and around the globe.Salary: $150k-$200k base plus bonus and significant RSU's.This is a mostly onsite role for an Enterprise level, high speed networking products design team located in Nashua NH. Person MUST be OK with being on site 3-5 days a week.. depending on design life cycle. (ie. When new hardware/systems hit the lab, most people are there 5 days a week).QualificationsBSEE as a min. MSEE or PhD preferred10+ years of experience in commercial hardware engineering with Board and systems level DESIGNExperience designing networking hardware. (100GB or more ethernet switching is REQUIRED)Embedded x86/ARM system design is highly desirableMUST have worked on design of: 20+ layer PCB's, Signal and Power integrity, High speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe) FPGA, Verilog and VDHL, DFM, etc.Strong lab bring up and debug of advance networking prototype hardwarePerson would be working as part of a core 10 person HW design team that is building award winning high speed networking products for next gen AI/Ultra high speed data centers. 4000+ person global company that continues to do VERY WELL and grow smartly.
