Key ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on server hardware support at client sitesPerform server installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and hardware replacementDiagnose and resolve server hardware issuesConduct server health checks and preventive maintenanceTroubleshoot hardware components and technical issuesSupport server deployment, upgrades and hardware configurationProvide onsite technical support to clientsTravel to different client sites when requiredRequirementsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in server hardware / hardware engineering / technical supportExperience troubleshooting and maintaining servers and server hardwareKnowledge of server components such as CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, RAID, power supply and other hardware componentsComfortable providing onsite support and travelling to client sitesGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsGood communication and customer-facing skillsDiploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
