Working closely with Electrical and RF Engineers, this role requires hands-on execution and independent hardware diagnosis with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly & Fabrication: Perform precision soldering (through-hole and SMD), circuit board assembly/rework, cable/harness fabrication, and full system hardware integration.Testing & Troubleshooting: Independently diagnose and repair hardware failures using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.R&D Support: Assist with prototype development, testing, and maintaining accurate build records and documentation.QualificationsRequiredStrong soldering and electronics assembly skills.Ability to read electrical schematics and independently troubleshoot electronic hardware.Proficiency with standard electronic test equipment.High attention to detail and workmanship.PreferredAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience with RF/communications hardware, PCB rework, or embedded electronics.IPC solder certification.Background in aerospace, defense, aviation, or scientific instrumentation.
