Employment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewM&N Aviation is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Hawker 900XP Captain to join our growing flight operations team based at Centennial Airport (KAPA) in Centennial, Colorado.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional aeronautical decision-making, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to the highest standards of safety and professionalism.This position offers a competitive compensation package, a predictable schedule, and the opportunity to join an established private aviation company operating a diverse fleet of business aircraft.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Pilot in Command (PIC) of the Hawker 900XP in accordance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and established safety standards.Conduct safe and efficient flight operations under Part 91 and Part 135.Exercise sound aeronautical decision-making in all phases of flight.Coordinate with flight operations, dispatch, and maintenance personnel to ensure operational readiness.Maintain compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FAA regulations, and applicable safety requirements.Provide leadership and foster a professional, safety-oriented cockpit environment.Minimum QualificationsFAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) CertificateCurrent HS-125 Type Rating – RequiredFAA First Class Medical CertificateAbility to meet applicable Part 135 and ARG/US Platinum pilot qualification requirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and eligible for international travelStrong communication, leadership, and crew resource management skillsMust reside or be willing to relocate within a one-hour drive of Centennial Airport (KAPA)Compensation & BenefitsM&N Aviation offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Annual Salary: Up to $185,000, based on qualifications and experienceSchedule: 10 guaranteed days off per monthMedical, dental, and vision insurance with substantial employer contributions for employees and eligible dependents401(k) retirement plan with company matchingCompany-paid recurrent trainingCompany-provided equipment and expense cardPer diem for eligible travelPaid time off and other company benefitsAbout M&N AviationM&N Aviation is a Colorado-based private aviation management company specializing in aircraft management, charter operations, and critical medical transportation missions.
