[HCM] Assistant Manager, Finance (Consol)

Role PurposeThis role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant group financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and internal policies.The candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, solid consolidation experience across multiple entities, and the ability to collaborate with regional finance teams.This role will be assigned and adjusted by the direct Manager from time to time, in accordance with business and operational requirements________________________________________Key ResponsibilityFinancial Accounting & Month‑End CloseReview and ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting records for holding books under Singapore FRS.Prepare monthly consolidation for Vietnam group companies under CapitaLand Vietnam operations (actual, forecast, and budget).Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting packages for submission to Singapore Head Office, including reports and presentation materials.Group Consolidation & ReportingPerform consolidation and variance analysis at both entity and group levels, providing meaningful insights on financial performance and key movements.Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and presentation materials to support decision-making.Review quarterly bank reconciliations and annual XBRL reporting.Support external audits and liaise with auditors on consolidation adjustments and disclosure requirements.Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards.Handle ad-hoc requests, reporting requirements, and projects assigned by management or Head Office.RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceDegree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA, CPA or equivalent.At least 6–8 years in group consolidation / group reportingHands- on experience with group consolidation, Vietnam reporting standards, Singapore FRS and IFRS.Experience supporting audits and group reporting environments is advantageousTechnical SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem- solving skills.Exposure to VBA, data analytics, or AI tools is an advantagePersonal AttributesAbility to work independently, high attention to detail and meet tight reporting deadlinesPractical, hands on, and solutions orientedStrong sense of integrity and compliance mindsetNote: Personal Data Protection Notice website: https://www.capitaland.com/vn/vi/about-capitaland/thong-bao-ve-xu-ly-du-lieu-ca-nhan.htmlBy applying to this position, the candidate confirms to have read and understood CapitaLand's Personal Data Protection Notice, and agree for CapitaLand Group to collect and process the candidate's personal data in accordance with CapitaLand's Personal Data Protection Notice.
