[HCM] BUSINESS PLANNING SPECIALIST

A leading company in the logistics and express delivery industry is looking for a Business Planning Specialist to join the team in Ho Chi Minh City.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMonitor and analyze revenue, business volume, and KPI performance.Prepare business and operational reports and provide insights for decision-making.Analyze market, customer, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.Monitor branch, transportation, and operational network performance.Develop business plans and propose solutions to improve business efficiency.Support the development and improvement of sales strategies and processes.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Logistics, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Business Planning, Operations Planning, Business Analysis, or related roles.Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Good command of Excel and data analysis.Experience in logistics, transportation, express delivery, or technology is highly preferred.Preferred background: VNPost, Viettel Post, GHN, GHTK, Shopee Express, Grab, Be, Ahamove, and similar organizations.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.BENEFITSCompetitive salary: 30-60M (negotiable based on experience and capability)13th-month salary and holiday/Tet bonuses.Birthday gifts and employee care/support programs.Annual company trips and employee activities.Annual leave and public holidays in accordance with regulations.Full benefits including Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and other statutory benefits.Professional, dynamic, and friendly working environment.Career development and promotion opportunities.Working location: Vo Van Kiet Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
