HR Application ConsultantExperience: 3+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced HR Application Consultant with 3+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM applications to join our team.Responsibilities:Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into application solutions.Configure and implement HR applications according to business requirements.Provide functional support and troubleshooting for HR systems.Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.Participate in system implementation, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and user guides.Provide training and support to end users.Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve application issues.Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and system functionality.Requirements:3+ years of experience as an HR Application Consultant, HCM Consultant, HRIS Consultant, or HR Systems Consultant.Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM/ERP systems.Good understanding of HR processes such as Payroll, Personnel, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, and Performance Management.Experience in application configuration, implementation, testing, and support.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good command of English.Preferred:Experience with Oracle HCM, SAP HCM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, or similar HR applications.Experience working on HR system implementation or enhancement projects.
