You will work with engineers and medical experts to research, develop, and deploy AI models, while exploring vision-language models (VLMs) and multimodal AI for healthcare applications.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, develop, and optimize AI models for medical image and video analysis, with a focus on ultrasound and related healthcare applications;Develop and evaluate AI approaches for biomedical signal analysis, including EEG, based on project requirements;Collaborate with medical experts and product teams to understand requirements, prepare datasets, and evaluate model performance and practical applicability;Build and improve data processing, model training, and evaluation pipelines, with attention to data quality, privacy, and reproducibility;Explore research on VLMs and multimodal AI; experiment with promising approaches and assess their potential for healthcare products;Work with MLOps/DevOps and software teams to integrate models into products, optimize inference, and monitor performance in production;Document experiments and share findings. For Senior engineers, lead technical work, review solutions, and mentor team members.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSMiddle: 2+ years of practical AI/ML experience. Senior: typically 4+ years, with experience owning technical delivery and guiding other engineers.Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, with a strong foundation in computer vision and machine learning.Hands-on experience with data preparation, model training, evaluation, and optimization; understanding of reliable validation and model generalization.Experience developing and deploying AI solutions; familiarity with Git, Linux, Docker, and service integration.Ability to read research papers, experiment with new methods, and communicate technical findings.
