Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall ship agency and marine services operationsDrive business growth, client acquisition and revenue developmentManage relationships with shipowners, principals, charterers and key maritime stakeholdersOversee vessel port calls, husbandry and end-to-end agency servicesBuild strong relationships with Singapore port authorities, terminals and service providersLead, mentor and manage the agency teamEnsure operational excellence, compliance and customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence and profitabilityRequirements:Should have minimum 10 years of experience in ship/port agency operationsFamiliar with Singapore port and maritime operationsStrong Leadership & Effective Team Management
