In this role, the intern will lead daily coffee bar operations, including preparing espresso-based drinks, managing brewing methods, and ensuring consistent beverage quality. Responsibilities include training and guiding junior baristas, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards at the bar and customer areas, and coordinating inventory for coffee, milk, and related supplies. The Head Barista intern will interact with guests, handle orders, and support a smooth customer flow, while working closely with the management team to improve menus, service processes, and overall café experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong barista skills, including coffee preparation, espresso extraction, and drink presentation.Candidates should possess customer-facing skills such as Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with team members.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills related to café-style beverages and light snacks.Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, ability to stand for extended periods, basic cash handling skills, willingness to learn, and prior experience in a café or restaurant setting.
