Team members are encouraged to grow their skills while helping build a modern, customer-focused shopping experience.Role Description The Head Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Qir, responsible for leading the daily operations of the coffee station and ensuring a high-quality beverage experience for customers and colleagues. This role includes preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, managing food preparation related to the bar area, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards for all equipment and workspaces. The Head Barista oversees barista staff, organizes schedules, trains team members on recipes and service standards, and monitors inventory to ensure supplies are fully stocked. The role also involves engaging with customers, handling inquiries or concerns, and collaborating with other departments to support a smooth, welcoming environment in line with buyNmore’s customer service values.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Barista skills and hands-on experience with coffee preparation, beverage recipes, and equipment handling.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills, including basic food safety practices and the ability to follow standardized menus and portion guidelines.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming atmosphere, handle feedback, and build positive relationships.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to coordinate with team members, provide direction, and report operational issues effectively.Previous experience in a supervisory or lead barista role is strongly preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as business needs require.Knowledge of hygiene regulations and safety standards in food and beverage environments.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or culinary arts is an advantage.
