Head Barista

We're looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee and beverage program and build a culture of excellence.What you'll do:

• Lead and train the barista team
• Maintain exceptional coffee and beverage quality and consistency
• Dial in espresso and optimize brew recipes
• Drive service standards and guest experience
• Manage inventory, equipment maintenance and daily operations
• Work closely with our kitchen and leadership team to continuously improve the café experienceWe're looking for someone who:
• Has 4+ years of specialty coffee and beverage experience with leadership experience preferred
• Understands espresso extraction, milk texturing, brewing methods and beverage fundamentals
• Takes pride in precision, cleanliness and consistency
• Loves training people and building high-performing teams
