- High-volume catering, events & banqueting operations
- Pre-opening kitchens and setting up culinary operations from the ground up
- Kitchen layout, workflow, equipment planning and operational setup
- Menu implementation, recipe standardization & food costing
- Kitchen team recruitment, training & leadership
- SOP development and kitchen systems
- HACCP, food safety, hygiene & quality control
- Purchasing, inventory, yield & waste management
