- 15+ years of professional culinary experience
- Strong background in catering and high-volume food production
- Proven track record of setting up a kitchen from zero, covering workflow, equipment, staffing, organization, and operating standards
- Solid knowledge of kitchen design, production flow, equipment requirements, and back-of-house operations
- Extensive experience in menu development, food cost control, production planning, and quality control
- Ability to recruit, train, lead, and develop a strong kitchen team
- Excellent command of food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and SOP implementation
- Strong grasp of inventory, purchasing, waste management, and cost control
- Experience managing large-scale events and demanding catering operations
