Strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine – essential. Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role. Experience within high-end standalone restaurants. Pre-opening experience is highly preferred. UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and inspire a team. Creative and hands-on, with a strong understanding of quality, consistency and kitchen operations. Passionate about authentic Greek flavours while bringing a fresh and contemporary approach to the cuisine. Experience in standalone restaurants is essential..
