THE ROLEOwn program delivery and faculty operations. You'll manage facilitator recruitment/development, run cohorts, ensure quality, and scale operations as we grow from 1 cohort to 4-6 cohorts/year.You'll Own:Faculty recruitment & onboarding (hire 8-10 master facilitators in Year 1)Program delivery & quality (run cohorts, ensure NPS >8.0)Facilitator development & coaching (ongoing training, feedback, calibration)Program adaptation (customize Singapore module for India context)Curriculum & content management (update materials, fresh case studies)Student experience (feedback loops, continuous improvement)YOU BRING12+ years in executive coaching, facilitation, or leadership development deliveryFaculty management expertise — recruited and managed coaches/facilitators beforeProgram design & customization — adapted programs for different markets/industriesQuality obsession — care deeply about participant outcomes, not just enrollment numbersIndia market knowledge — understand executive coaching market, know where good facilitators sitFacilitation excellence — you've done this work yourself; you know what great looks likeNice-to-have: Coaching certification (ICF), consulting background, corporate L&D experienceWHY APPLYYou'll build the coaching/facilitation engine for a leadership institute at inception.
