Company Description Kshetrapal Multispeciality Hospital, a well-established 200-bed hospital in Ajmer, invites applications from experienced healthcare professionals to establish, develop, and lead its Department of Preventive Health & Executive Health Check-ups.Our StrengthsOur hospital has:- An average of 500 OPD patients daily (range 450–650)- Approximately 40 inpatient admissions daily- Advanced pathology laboratory and diagnostic imaging facilities, including CT, MRI, and PET-CT- Experienced cardiologists, physicians, gastroenterologists, and other super-specialists- An established patient base and comprehensive multispeciality infrastructureResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:Developing corporate and institutional health-check partnershipsCoordinating diagnostic services and specialist consultationsDeveloping evidence-based preventive and executive health-check programmesIncreasing patient participation and departmental revenueBuilding an efficient, patient-friendly and financially sustainable departmentEligibilityCandidates should have proven experience in establishing, managing, or successfully expanding preventive health services in a reputed hospital or healthcare institution.Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate measurable achievements in patient acquisition, revenue growth, and departmental management.Remuneration and Career GrowthAttractive salary, negotiable according to experience and previous achievements.The initial six months will be devoted to developing the department and demonstrating its revenue-generating potential.Following a satisfactory six-month performance and revenue review, the successful candidate will be considered for a long-term leadership arrangement with enhanced remuneration, greater responsibilities, and performance-linked growth opportunities.We are looking for an entrepreneurial healthcare professional who wishes to build a department, rather than merely occupy a position.
