What You'll Do

(a) Corporate Strategy Development & ExecutionDrive the corporate development strategy in alignment with corporate goals, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability and capital efficiency. Work with CCDO and senior management to facilitate and formulate short and long term strategic plansOversee the execution of growth and value creation opportunities and– new markets, business modelsAdvising the CCDO on strategic and financial directions, business analysis and recommendationsUnderstand industry licensing landscape and assist in evaluation of longer term licensing needs for the company(b) Merger & Acquisition, Restructuring Exercises, Joint-Ventures, Investments, Fund Raising Programs and IPO Planning & ExecutionLead a team of individual in evaluating an executing M&A, joint ventures and fund-raising lifecycle. Own the valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, legal agreements management, business model conceptualisation and post-merger integration plans.
