ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end procurement and supply chain across brands and markets.Build a strong global and local sourcing strategy across food, beverages, packaging, equipment and key operating categories.Develop strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate commercial terms and drive sustainable cost efficiencies.Build scalable planning, logistics, warehousing and distribution systems for rapid outlet and market expansion.Strengthen inventory management, availability, forecasting and working-capital efficiency.Establish robust supplier quality, compliance, traceability and risk-management standards.Drive technology, data and automation across procurement and supply-chain processes.Partner closely with Culinary, Operations, Finance and Quality to balance quality, consistency, availability and cost.Ideal Profile12–18 years' experience in Procurement/Supply Chain, preferably within F&B, QSR, hospitality, food services or FMCG.Proven experience managing large, complex and multi-location supply networks.Strong commercial negotiation, strategic sourcing and cost-optimisation capability.Exposure to international sourcing and multi-country operations strongly preferred.Entrepreneurial and hands-on capable of building systems as well as strategy.Success MeasuresCost savings & margin improvement Product availability Inventory & working-capital optimisation Supplier performance Supply-chain reliability Successful new-market launches Procurement complianceThe mandate: Build the procurement and supply-chain engine that enables Eatopia to scale its brands globally while protecting quality, consistency, cost and speed.Skills: sourcing,qsr,hospitality,fmcg,procurement,supply,supply chain,f & b
