Head Hostess

We are looking for a friendly, polished, and professional Head Hostess to oversee guest reservations, arrivals, and seating while delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will have experience managing VIP guests, senior executives, and corporate clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and reservation platforms such as SevenRooms. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest.Job Title: Head HostessReporting To: Head of Restaurant OperationsKey RequirementsPrevious experience as a Head Hostess, Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Events Coordinator, or in a similar hospitality role within a premium restaurant, luxury hotel, corporate dining, or high-end events environment.Proven ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior executives, VIP guests, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate clients.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.Experience managing guest reservations, seating plans, waitlists, and table allocations while ensuring seamless restaurant operations.Proficient in handling guest inquiries and reservations through multiple channels, including telephone, email, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.Hands-on experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation and guest relationship management systems.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume reservation requests, private dining bookings, and special event inquiries.Professional, polished, and well-groomed appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and effectively resolve guest concerns and special requests.Experience coordinating with restaurant operations, events teams, and management to ensure VIP preferences and guest requirements are met.Flexible and adaptable, with availability to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and during special events.Preferred QualificationsExperience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, executive lounges, private clubs, or high-profile event environments.Knowledge of guest relations best practices and VIP service standards.Additional language skills are an advantage.Note: Candidates can join immediately are preferred
