Key ResponsibilitiesLead and inspire the hostess team to deliver exceptional, personalized guest experiences from arrival to departure.Oversee daily reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to maximize efficiency while maintaining the highest service standards.Welcome VIPs, regular guests, and special occasion celebrations with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.Manage reservation platforms, waitlists, and guest databases to ensure accurate and seamless operations.Collaborate closely with restaurant management, floor teams, and reservations to optimize table allocation and guest satisfaction.Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.Monitor restaurant capacity, pacing, and service flow to ensure an elevated dining experience.Train, coach, and develop Hostesses, ensuring consistency in luxury service standards, grooming, and guest engagement.Maintain exceptional knowledge of restaurant offerings, promotions, events, and VIP preferences.Ensure the reception area is impeccably always presented and reflects the brand’s luxury image.Prepare daily reservation reports and communicate guest preferences, VIP arrivals, and operational updates to management.Ideal RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Head Hostess, Senior Hostess, or Hostess in a luxury restaurant, upscale lifestyle venue, fine dining restaurant, beach club, or five-star hotel.Previous leadership or supervisory experience within front-of-house operations is highly desirable.Strong experience managing reservation platforms such as Seven Rooms, OpenTable, or similar systems.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with natural warmth, confidence, and engaging personality.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Proven ability to manage VIP guests and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.Fluent English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, ItalianImpeccable grooming, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
