We are looking for polished, engaging hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, with leadership opportunities available for candidates with strong reception and team management experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the reception team, ensuring consistently professional and engaging guest service.Conduct daily briefings, allocate reception duties and monitor team grooming, attendance and performance.Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.Oversee reservations, guest enquiries, waitlists, floor plans and seating arrangements while maintaining an efficient service flow.Manage table allocation and coordinate closely with the Restaurant team to maximize covers, table turnover and guest satisfaction.Recognise and personally assist VIPs, regular guests and special-occasion bookings, ensuring preferences and requests are communicated to the relevant teams.Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation details and booking notes using Seven Rooms or similar systems.Train, coach and support Hostesses on reception procedures, guest engagement and brand-service standards.Handle guest feedback, complaints and challenging situations professionally, escalating matters when necessary.Support the Reception Manager with reports, schedules and daily reception administration.Ideal CandidateMinimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Head Hostess, Lead Hostess or strong Senior Hostess.Previous experience within a luxury restaurant, fine-dining venue or premium lifestyle concept.Strong working knowledge of Seven Rooms or a similar reservation-management system.Experienced in managing reservations, floor plans, waitlists, table allocation and high-volume guest flow.Confident handling VIPs, regular guests, complaints and special requests.Excellent communication, leadership and guest-engagement skills.Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
