Job Description

Lead the hostess team and ensure a seamless, personalized guest experience from arrival through seating.Manage reservations, table allocation, VIP guests and peak-period seating, coordinating closely with restaurant management.Maintain exceptional luxury hospitality and service standards, professionally handling guest requests and concerns.Train, guide and supervise the hostess team while ensuring excellent presentation, communication, and front-of-house coordination.

Qualifications
