With a growing fleet, nationwide operations, and a commitment to operational excellence, AGGCON supports the execution of critical infrastructure projects across India.We are looking for a strategic, technically strong, and execution-focused Head – IT to lead AGGCON’s information technology function and drive the company’s digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, SAP ERP, cybersecurity, systems integration, cloud technologies, and IT governance, with the ability to build a secure, scalable, and technology-driven environment across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute AGGCON’s overall IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.Lead the implementation, administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP ERP across business functions.Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, HR, and Management to identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization.Lead integration between SAP ERP and other business applications, software platforms, databases, and operational systems used across the organization.Manage the company’s complete IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, internet connectivity, firewalls, endpoints, computers, printers, storage, and related technology assets.Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity, data protection, access control, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.Implement role-based system access, information-security policies, user controls, and periodic security reviews across the organization.Manage cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, software licenses, domains, email systems, and other digital platforms.Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of all critical IT systems.Develop and enforce IT policies, SOPs, governance standards, asset-management procedures, and technology controls.Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies and software solutions based on business requirements and return on investment.Manage relationships with SAP partners, technology vendors, software providers, cybersecurity partners, telecom providers, and other IT service providers.Lead vendor negotiations, technology procurement, annual maintenance contracts, licensing, and IT budgets.Establish an effective IT helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of employee hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.Monitor system performance, cybersecurity risks, technology utilization, IT incidents, and service levels through structured MIS and dashboards.Conduct periodic audits of IT infrastructure, user access, software licensing, data security, and technology assets.Drive adoption of technology across the organization through user training, change management, documentation, and ongoing support.Identify opportunities to use automation, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to improve productivity, visibility, controls, and decision-making.Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing internal IT team with clear responsibilities, accountability, and service standards.Requirements8–10+ years of experience in Information Technology, IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, ERP, Systems Administration, or related functions, with significant experience in a leadership role.Proven experience leading the IT function of a mid-sized or large organization.Strong hands-on experience with SAP ERP is mandatory, including implementation, administration, integration, user management, and ongoing support.Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud environments, enterprise applications, and endpoint systems.Strong understanding of cybersecurity, information security, data protection, access management, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.Experience leading ERP/software implementations and coordinating with implementation partners, vendors, and internal business teams.Strong understanding of systems integration, APIs, databases, automation, and enterprise technology architecture.Experience managing IT budgets, technology procurement, software licensing, AMCs, and vendor contracts.Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and drive adoption across departments.Strong understanding of IT governance, policies, SOPs, risk management, and compliance.Excellent leadership, project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work closely with senior management and independently drive organization-wide technology initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, Haryana. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Faridabad; however, qualified candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate are also encouraged to apply.
