📢 We’re Hiring | Head – MIS & Business Analytics📍 Location: Mumbai💼 Experience: 10–15 Years🎓 Preferred Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / MBA Analytics⭐ Premier institute background (IIT/IIM or equivalent) preferredWe are looking for an accomplished Head – MIS & Business Analytics who can establish and drive a robust, company-wide MIS framework and provide actionable business insights to senior management.The ideal candidate should bring a strong combination of MIS, Business Analytics, FP&A and Costing expertise, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement MIS frameworks across departments• Standardize Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting and dashboards• Drive financial and operational performance analysis• Provide strong insights on costing, profitability, margins and business performance• Prepare Management/MD Review Decks and Board MIS• Ensure accuracy, consistency and governance of business data• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for timely reporting• Work closely with ERP teams and drive reporting automation• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards• Track key business metrics and action points from management reviewsPreferred Candidate Profile:• CA background strongly preferred• Strong hands-on exposure to Costing, MIS, Business Analytics and FP&A• 10–15 years of relevant experience• Candidates from premier institutes such as IITs/IIMs or equivalent institutes will be preferred• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP and Power BI• Strong analytical and business acumen• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills• Ability to work closely with senior leadership/MD and provide decision-making insightsIf you have a strong background in Costing + Finance + MIS/Business Analytics and have worked closely with senior leadership, we would be keen to connect.#Hiring #MIS #BusinessAnalytics #Costing #CharteredAccountant #CAJobs #FPandA #PowerBI #FinanceJobs #MumbaiJobs #LeadershipHiring #IIM #IIT #BusinessIntelligence #ManagementReporting
