We’re looking for a Head of Admissions to build and lead admissions for this next phase.What you’ll doOwn the admissions number end to end: leads, counselling, applications, fee collectionBuild and manage our partner channel across schools, coaching centres, inter colleges and education consultants in AP and TelanganaSet up a modern admissions engine: CRM, partner portal, tele-counselling team, and online application and entrance processLead a team across field outreach, counselling, digital marketing and admissions operationsWhat we’re looking for8+ years in higher-education admissions, with at least 3 years leading admissions at a private or deemed university in AP or TelanganaA track record of filling self-financed seats, with numbers you can showStrong relationships with education consultants, schools and coaching networks in the regionComfortable running admissions on data: CRM, lead tracking, conversion funnelsTelugu and English; based in or willing to relocate to VisakhapatnamWhat we offerCompetitive fixed pay with a strong performance component, and a leadership role in one of North Andhra’s fastest-growing institutions.
