Head of Agency Operations

Advanced Marketers is a fast-growing performance marketing agency serving home services contractors: plumbers, HVAC, electrical, roofing, garage door, restoration, and solar. Over $170M generated for our clients, a top 3% Google Premier Partner, scaling fast across offices in Orange County and Guadalajara, Mexico.We're hiring a Head of Operations to run the company day to day so the founder can focus on vision, sales, and partnerships. You lead every department and hold the whole organization to a standard, making sure the work gets done right and on time.This role lives on enforcement. We already have systems. We need a leader who holds people accountable, handles mistakes head-on, and does it with professionalism and respect. If you lead by making excuses, softening standards, or hiding problems behind new processes, this is not your role.What you'll own:Running all departments: growth, creative, web, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRO, plus recruiting, hiring, and trainingCoordinating with our Guadalajara location manager to keep that office alignedHolding every team to a firm, consistent standard, applied evenlyGetting every client live on time and keeping them, nothing falling through the cracksConfronting mistakes directly and fixing them, not documenting around themTaking day-to-day operations off the founderWho you are:You've run multi-department operations for an agency or services business and can prove you moved the numbersFirm and high-standard, done professionally, never by belittling peopleYou handle problems head-on and don't bury them in paperworkYou verify before you reportYou own outcomes through to the clientIn office daily in Orange County.
