Data/AI Transformation DirectorData/AI/Agentic AiNetherlandsTo 250k base + BensAn exceptional opportunity for an experienced director of transformation to join a global Data/AI Leader who are currently expanding their data/ai capability across EMEA.You will lead and deliver large scale Data/AI Transformation programes and engagements, these will be minimum 10m in value, so experience at this scale is essential.Experience across the following skill sets.Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning.Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI orchestration frameworks.Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks.AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI.Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Engineering, and Analytics.MLOps, LLMOps, AI Governance, and Responsible AI.Cloud Architecture across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.Enterprise Data Architecture and AI Operating Models.You will have :Deep consulting experienceDepth across Data/Ai with a proven track record in large scale programme deliveryCross sector experience required, strong preference for those with FS experienceFluent Dutch language skills essentialRole is VP levelHybrid working model
