Head of AI Content

We are looking for a Head of AI Content to lead the development and execution of AI-powered content strategies that support our marketing and creative initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging Generative AI technologies to produce high-quality marketing content, enhance creative workflows, and drive innovation across digital campaigns. This role will oversee AI-generated copy, visuals, and creative concepts while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Social Media, Branding, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns, establish best practices for AI-powered content production, monitor content performance, and lead a high-performing AI Content team. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in content, creative, or digital marketing, hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
