HEAD OF AI | ENTERPRISE SAAS We are working with an established B2B SaaS company in the HR technology space, serving multinational clients across Asia and globally. The company is creating a new Head of AI role, based in Singapore, to make the business AI-native, in its products and in how its teams work and serve clients.We are looking for an AI-native leader who has shipped GenAI into production and knows how to turn the latest AI into real business results. This is a C-level role with real scope: you will set the AI vision, bring GenAI and agentic workflows into the product and core operations, drive AI adoption across the company, and build your own team.What you will do:Define and own the company-wide AI strategy and roadmap, prioritised by business value, and act as the senior AI voice to the leadership team and key customers.Bring the latest GenAI, LLM and agentic AI capabilities into the business, deciding where to build, buy or partner, and turning promising use cases into production results quickly.Lead AI adoption across sales, client implementation, operations, customer success and support, redesigning workflows with AI agents and automation for measurable gains in speed, accuracy and cost.Shape AI in the product with product and engineering teams, from intelligent data validation and compliance checks to AI assistants, agents and analytics for HR users.Build and lead a growing AI team across AI product, solutions, delivery and enablement, partnering closely with product, engineering and regional leaders.Establish responsible AI governance, evaluation, data privacy and accuracy standards suited to sensitive, multi-jurisdiction data.What you have done: Your current title could be Head of AI, Director of AI Product, AI Transformation Lead, Head of AI Solutions, Senior Product Manager (AI), or something else entirely. What matters more is what you have actually done, such as:Leading GenAI, LLM, RAG or AI agent solutions from idea to production within the last two to three years, with real users and measurable resultsDesigning AI solutions and how they are evaluated, including accuracy, hallucination control and human review, rather than only rolling out off-the-shelf toolsMaking informed choices on models, tools and architecture, balancing quality, cost and speed, and keeping up with fast-moving developments such as agents and MCPDriving AI adoption across functions such as sales, implementation, operations or customer service, and leading the change that comes with itBuilding and managing multi-disciplinary teams, and winning buy-in from C-suite and senior stakeholders across regionsWhat we are looking for:At the frontier of AI: you have personally led GenAI solutions into production, still prototype and evaluate models and tools yourself, and can go deep with engineering teams.A strong business mindset, able to turn AI into customer value and operational efficiency in accuracy-critical, compliance-heavy settings.15+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles and experience building teams.HR domain knowledge, gained through experience in or close to the HR technology industry, for example at an HCM, HRMS, payroll or HR services company, or in an HCM implementation practice such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) are required, to work with teams, clients and stakeholders across the region.Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.This is an opportunity to build an AI function from the ground up at a defining stage for the company.
