Head of AI Solutions | Well-established Organization

We are seeking a Head of AI Solutions to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven initiatives for a well-established organization. This role is pivotal in shaping the company digital transformation journey, driving innovation, and ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.Solution Development: Lead end-to-end development of AI solutions, from ideation to implementation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business units, IT, and data teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption.Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to our business.Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Governance & Compliance: Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws.Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and frameworks to evaluate the success of AI initiatives.Qualifications & ExperienceMaster Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI/ML solution delivery.Proven track record of implementing AI solutions that drive business outcomes.Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
