Leading a team of analytics and insight specialists, you will own the analytics roadmap, oversee the delivery of high-quality reporting and insights, and ensure data is translated into meaningful actions that improve outcomes for schools, students, and colleagues. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Education, Finance, and HR, you will shape analytics and insight strategy, champion data literacy, and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture that supports informed decision-making across the organisation.This is a hybrid role based in Dubai, requiring regular in-office attendance.To view the Role Profile, click hereWho We Are Looking For:We're looking for an experienced analytics and insight leader with a proven track record of leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and delivering data-driven solutions that create tangible business value. You will have extensive experience in analytics, insight, or a related field, with strong expertise in Power BI, data modelling, Azure-based data platforms, and Agile delivery methodologies. Equally comfortable discussing technical solutions and business outcomes, you will be able to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences. With excellent stakeholder management skills, you will build trusted relationships with senior leaders and confidently influence decision-making across the organisation. You'll bring a strong understanding of product management principles, customer insight programmes, and emerging AI and machine learning opportunities, alongside the leadership capability to develop talent, drive high standards, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture. Experience working across multiple business functions within a global or multi-site organisation, along with relevant professional qualifications or certifications, would be advantageous.How to Apply:Complete this application before the closing date.
