You will oversee governance, review major solution architectures, and act as a pivotal link between technical teams and senior business leaders. Managing a talented team, you will ensure all technology initiatives meet regulatory and security standards while driving digital transformation across the group.Discover the responsibilitiesTranslate group strategy into clear operational plans and long term enterprise architecture roadmapsEstablish and enforce architecture governance frameworks, standards, and policies across all technology initiativesChair architecture review boards and govern major technology decisionsReview and approve solution architectures for large scale initiatives to ensure performance and scalabilityLead and mentor a team of solution architects, managing performance and professional developmentPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high value product roadmapsEnsure all architectural decisions adhere to risk, security, and regulatory compliance standardsManage the department budget and monitor financial performance across the business areaDiscover the requirementsAt least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or large scale digital transformation within financial services or highly resilient organizationsBachelor degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical fieldProfessional qualifications such as TOGAF or equivalent architecture certificationsDeep knowledge of cloud platforms, micro services, API management, and cybersecurity principlesStrong experience working with agile methodologies and managing stakeholder relationshipsProven leadership experience managing teamsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to senior business leaders
