قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجABOUT LIQUIDITY HOUSELiquidity House provides structured bankroll infrastructure for the iGaming industry. We give casino operators access to the liquidity they need to run and grow their business through a defined credit framework, transparent reporting and institutional oversight.Bankroll funding is one of the last unstructured corners of the casino industry. Operators have traditionally tied up their own capital in player-facing float, or relied on informal, opaque arrangements with private backers — with little in the way of standardised terms, independent reporting or genuine risk discipline. Liquidity House is changing that. We treat the casino bankroll as a fundable asset class: credit is extended against measurable operator volume, exposure is monitored continuously, and every position is governed by clear limits and institutional-grade controls. In doing so, we are bringing to iGaming the same structure, transparency and professionalism that transformed lending in other industries — and building the infrastructure layer the sector has been missing.THE ROLEAs Head of Asset Risk you own the risk management of Liquidity House’s bankroll assets end to end. The bankroll is our core asset, and your mandate is to protect it while enabling the business to deploy it productively. The role spans two dimensions of risk. The first is casino risk: the exposure that arises from the gaming activity itself — game volatility, player win/loss swings, operator concentration and the quality of the operators we back. The second is liquidity risk: making sure our capital is in the right place at the right time, that funding commitments can always be met, and that no single position can impair the pool. At the centre of both sits the credit question — ensuring Liquidity House never extends an operator more credit than their wagering volume and economics can reliably support. This is a senior, hands-on position. You will build the models, set the limits, run the monitoring and own the judgement calls, working directly with the leadership team and reporting to the board.WHAT WILL YOU DO• Own and develop the risk framework governing Liquidity House’s bankroll assets, covering credit, casino/gaming and liquidity risk.• Set, monitor and enforce credit limits for each casino operator, calibrated to their wagering volume, GGR, margin profile and payment behaviour — so that exposure never outruns what an operator’s volume can back up.• Underwrite new operators: assess their volumes, game mix, player base, financial standing and operational integrity before capital is committed.• Model casino risk — game volatility, RTP and hold variance, downswing scenarios and concentration — and translate the output into practical exposure limits.• Manage liquidity risk across the bankroll: cash-flow forecasting, funding-buffer policy, stress testing and early-warning indicators for pool depletion.• Run ongoing surveillance of deployed capital, with clear escalation triggers when an operator’s performance, volume or behaviour deviates from expectations.• Produce transparent risk reporting for management, the board and capital partners, in line with our commitment to institutional oversight.• Build the tooling — dashboards, data pipelines and risk models — that lets the risk function scale with the portfolio.• Act as the internal authority on asset risk: advise on new products, markets and counterparties, and embed risk discipline across the company.WHO YOU ARE• Strong quantitative foundation — a degree in mathematics, statistics, financial engineering, actuarial science or similar, and genuine comfort with probability, volatility and statistical modelling.• Solid finance background: credit risk, treasury, trading, asset management or structured lending, with practical experience setting and managing exposure limits.• Deep understanding of casino economics — GGR, RTP, hold, variance, bonus dynamics and player behaviour — ideally from time inside an operator, platform, B2B supplier or gaming-focused fund.• Able to translate models into decisions: you know when the numbers are enough and when judgement has to take over.• Hands-on with data — comfortable in Excel and ideally some coding — and happy building your own analysis rather than waiting for a team to do it.• High integrity and independence: you can say no to commercial pressure when the risk case demands it, and back it with evidence.• Clear communicator, able to explain complex risk positions to boards, capital partners and non-technical colleagues.WHAT WE OFFER • A defining role in a company building new financial infrastructure for a global industry — you will shape the risk function from the ground up.• Direct influence: short decision paths, board-level visibility and real ownership of the asset side of the business.• Flexible setup — work fully remote or from our office in Malta, at the heart of the iGaming industry.• A senior, entrepreneurial team with deep experience across gaming, finance and technology.HOW TO APPLYSend your CV and a short note on why this role fits you to info@liquidityhouse.com.
