We cater to multinational companies in various sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, legal and luxury retail, and work with some of the biggest consultants, designers & contractors delivering these projects.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role, with 70% office based & 30% on site – as the Head of AV Practice at 4FRONT covering UAE & KSA. As the Head of AV Practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing AV technology solutions for our clients. You will manage and lead a team of AV professionals, oversee project delivery, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on AV technology trends and advancements to maintain company standards, as a market leader.QualificationsExpert knowledge in AV technology, systems, and solutions10+ years’ experience in the technology / AV industryExperience in designing and implementing AV solutionsStrong leadership and team management skillsA track record of successful project deliveryExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to understand and meet client requirementsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExisting relationships with AV Channel from attending events and partner product launchesDevelop AMC business to generate run-rate RevenuesBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field would be an advantage
