We are looking for an experienced operational leader who enjoys building businesses, solving complex operational challenges and creating high-performing teams.⸻Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an exceptional Head of Automotive Operations & Services to work directly with the CEO in leading, growing and expanding our automotive division, including MENA Assistance, TRAC and future automotive services.We are looking for a builder, an implementer and a leader—someone who enjoys improving operations, developing people, launching new services and building scalable automotive businesses.⸻The OpportunityReporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of MMC Group’s automotive operations and services across MENA Assistance and TRAC.You will strengthen existing operations, improve service delivery, support the expansion of TRAC, develop new capabilities including vehicle logistics and vehicle storage, and support the continued growth of our operations across existing and new markets.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership* Lead the day-to-day operations of MENA Assistance and TRAC.* Take ownership of the operational performance of the automotive division, ensuring agreed business objectives, customer service standards and operational KPIs are achieved.* Drive operational performance, service quality and profitability.* Oversee roadside assistance operations, contact centre, dispatch, provider network, vehicle recovery, vehicle logistics, fleet operations and vehicle storage.* Ensure operational readiness, compliance, safety and operational excellence across all automotive businesses.Business Growth* Drive the operational growth and expansion of TRAC and future automotive services.* Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth.* Identify new operational capabilities, services and revenue opportunities.* Support the operational planning and successful launch of new services, new markets and future business opportunities.* Evaluate strategic partnerships, suppliers and operational opportunities that support business growth.Leadership* Build, mentor and develop high-performing operational teams.* Recruit, coach and develop the next generation of operational leaders.* Build and develop the management team as the division continues to grow.* Foster a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement.Operational Excellence* Improve operational processes, governance, KPIs and business performance.* Evaluate and implement technology, automation and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency.* Ensure consistent operational standards across all automotive businesses.Strategic Collaboration* Work directly with the CEO to deliver strategic priorities.* Support operational planning, budgeting and resource allocation.* Lead strategic operational projects from concept through to successful implementation.* Collaborate across MMC Group to support future business ventures and expansion opportunities.⸻About YouYou will ideally have:* Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior operational leadership within automotive, mobility, fleet, logistics or operational service businesses.* Proven experience managing multi-site operations and leading high-performing teams.* Demonstrated success improving operational performance and supporting business growth.* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer service, operational excellence and profitability.* Experience working within a founder-led, high-growth SME or multi-business organisation.* Experience in automotive assistance, roadside assistance, mobility, fleet management, vehicle logistics, transportation or other operationally intensive service businesses is highly desirable.* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.* A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses rather than simply managing them.⸻Why Join MMC Group?This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a growing automotive services group.Working directly with the CEO, you will strengthen existing operations, expand automotive services and help build a scalable, high-performing automotive division that supports the long-term growth of MMC Group.⸻Applications are now open.Interviews will be conducted throughout September 2026.
