BUSINESS CONSULTANT – FUNDRAISING & PROJECT FINANCEDubai, UAE | Indian Projects & India–UAE Investment CorridorHybrid Position | Salary + Performance Incentives + Potential EquityCompany DescriptionBLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a corporate legal and LegalTech organization operating with the support of BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is developing an integrated platform connecting corporate legal management, project finance, investment structuring, asset-backed funding, and strategic business collaborations.BLACKBULL is expanding its presence in Dubai, UAE, with a specific focus on developing international funding channels for eligible Indian businesses and projects.We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant – Fundraising & Project Finance who can establish institutional relationships in Dubai and the wider UAE and convert those relationships into executable financing opportunities for Indian companies.Role ObjectiveThe selected professional will be responsible for developing a Dubai-based fundraising and project-finance channel for Indian projects, connecting suitable Indian companies with international investors, family offices, financial institutions, private-credit providers, strategic investors, and corporate investment groups.This is an execution-focused position. Candidates should have practical experience in raising capital, arranging project finance, structuring transactions, developing investor relationships, and coordinating transactions through due diligence and closure.Key ResponsibilitiesThe consultant will:- Establish new India–UAE banking, investment and institutional funding relationships.- Identify investors, family offices, private-credit funds, financial institutions, strategic investors, and corporate investment partners in Dubai/UAE.- Arrange project finance, acquisition finance, structured debt, equity investment, private credit, strategic investment, and other legally permissible financing structures for eligible Indian projects.- Develop financing structures for Indian companies supported by appropriate property, business assets, contractual cash flows, or other acceptable security, subject to independent valuation, lender criteria and applicable regulations.- Evaluate transactions where financing requirements may be structured with reference to an appropriate percentage of independently assessed asset value; no loan-to-value or funding level is guaranteed.- Structure commercially viable investor return mechanisms, which may include interest, equity participation, revenue/profit sharing, or other compliant investment structures, depending on the transaction.- Prepare and coordinate financial models, investment proposals, Information Memorandums, due-diligence materials, term sheets and transaction documentation.- Coordinate between Indian promoters, Dubai investors, lenders, legal advisors, financial consultants and other transaction stakeholders.- Develop international relationships and strategic collaborations capable of supporting repeat fundraising mandates.- Maintain post-investment reporting, governance and financial-control frameworks appropriate to each transaction.Strategic NBFC DevelopmentA major component of the position will be supporting BLACKBULL's proposed NBFC development and financial-channel expansion in India.The selected professional should be capable of identifying suitable investors and strategic institutions for NBFC investment, acquisition, capitalization, partnerships and funding relationships, subject to RBI requirements and all applicable Indian laws and approvals.The objective is to develop a sustainable institutional bridge through which Dubai/UAE capital relationships can support qualifying Indian businesses and projects.India–Dubai Capital PlatformBLACKBULL intends to develop an India–Dubai financial collaboration framework for larger corporate and asset-backed transactions.The consultant will help design structures through which Indian project opportunities can be evaluated and presented to Dubai-based capital providers while maintaining appropriate cross-border banking, FEMA, RBI, tax, KYC/AML, beneficial-ownership, security-creation and investment compliance.Any PPP, SPV, escrow, reserve-management or cross-border cash-flow structure will be implemented only where legally and commercially appropriate and after relevant professional and regulatory review.Candidate ProfileApplicants should preferably have 10+ years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas:Project Finance
