This is a permanent role and is open to those already in the region or open to relocating to the GCC.This is a highly visible role for someone who combines serious beer knowledge with an exceptional ability to teach. You will lead engaging education across the On-Trade, delivering training, tastings and masterclasses to bartenders, hospitality teams, customers and internal commercial teams.Working across an outstanding international beer portfolio, you'll help raise standards around product knowledge, brewing, dispense and perfect serve, while building genuine passion for the category.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, structured beer education and training both internally and across On-Trade venuesEducate bartenders, hospitality teams and internal colleagues across beer styles, ingredients, brewing processes, storage, dispense and perfect serveRun tastings, masterclasses, workshops and educational programmes for customers and internal teamsAdapt your teaching style to different audiences, from experienced beer professionals to people beginning their category educationAct as a credible beer authority and ambassador within the hospitality communitySupport activations, trade events, competitions and brand experiences across the UAEWork alongside commercial teams to improve distribution, menu presence, visibility and execution within priority venuesConduct regular trade visits to maintain quality standards and identify opportunities for further educationBuild knowledge and capability across internal Sales, Marketing and Brand teamsRepresent the business confidently with customers, consumers and international brand partnersQualifications & ExperienceStrong professional knowledge of beer, brewing, styles, dispense and serviceA recognised beer qualification through Cicerone, WSET, Institute of Brewing & Distilling (IBD) or another highly regarded equivalentPrevious experience within beer education, training, brand ambassadorial work or hospitality educationAn exceptional communicator and confident presenter who genuinely enjoys teaching othersAble to take complex technical beer knowledge and make it engaging and accessibleStrong understanding of the On-Trade and the realities of working with bartenders, venues and hospitality operatorsConfident delivering both one-to-one coaching and training to larger groupsEnergetic, personable and capable of building credibility quickly with customers and the wider tradeComfortable working autonomously across multiple venues and prioritiesFluent written and spoken EnglishOpen to being based full-time in Dubai, UAESalary & BenefitsUp to AED 20k per month, tax-free, dependent on experiencePerformance-based bonusPrivate medical insurance for employee, spouse and up to three childrenAnnual flights home for employee, spouse and up to three children22 working days' annual leave + local holidaysEnd-of-service gratuityLaptop and smartphoneIf you would like to learn more about this opportunity or discuss your application, please contact Kieron Hall at MacGregor Black for further information.
